Jeremy McGuire

Jeremy McGuire Director, Customer Engagament

Jeremy McGuire joined Honda R&D in 1999, working out of the Honda South Carolina factory before moving to the Ohio Development Center in 2001, as a frame designer for ATV products. He was based in Japan for two years beginning in 2003, focusing on new-product development for refreshed ATV products. He then spent 15 years at Honda’s Ohio Development Center, focusing on ATV and side-by-side development across various roles.

Jeremy led development across Honda’s U.S./Japan team for the all-new Pioneer 700 (released in 2013) and the all-new Talon 1000 (released in 2018). In 2020, he began leading the product-planning department for all North American-market two-wheel and four-wheel products, at Honda’s newly established headquarters in Georgia. In fall of 2022, Jeremy became manager of Customer Engagement for Power Sports and Products within the Sales Division, which includes Press, Shows/Events, Racing and Advertising/Marketing.

Brandon Wilson

Brandon Wilson Manager, Racing & Advertising

Brandon got his start with Honda at a Wisconsin dealership in 1996 before moving to Honda in-house in 2008, in a parts-and-logistics position with the road racing team. Six years later he moved to product planning, responsible for the motocross category. His next move was to motorcycle racing supervisor, before being promoted to manager of racing and advertising. Today, Brandon is Manager of Racing & Advertising for American Honda.

Lars Lindstrom

Lars Lindstrom Team Manager

Lars Lindstrom has a long history with American Honda’s motocross racing project, and an even longer involvement with the sport. His father is Swedish-born American motocross/off-road pioneer and AMA Motorcycle Hall of Famer Gunnar Lindstrom, who actually managed Honda’s motocross-racing program for the 1979 and 1980 seasons. A talented racer himself, Lars joined Honda as a shop assistant in 2000 and worked his way up, serving in just about every capacity, including mechanic, parts room, engine tech, suspension tech, special projects and, most recently, 450 crew chief. Over the years, he has worked with a long list of legendary riders, including Jeremy McGrath, Ricky Carmichael, Chad Reed, Ken Roczen, Kevin Windham and of course the current lineup: Jett Lawrence, Hunter Lawrence, Jo Shimoda, and Chance Hymas.

Jeffrey Weiner

Jeffrey Weiner Assistant Manager of Racing

Having already put in a number of years in the powersports industry, primarily with gear/lifestyle brands, Jeff joined Honda in 2016 as a Shop Supervisor with the Service Center. He moved to the Shows Department two years later and transferred to the Sports Department in 2024. As the Assistant Manager of Racing, Weiner is responsible for overseeing all of Honda's satellite and support teams, as well as managing the Red Rider Rewards contingency program.

Toru Yukawa

Toru Yukawa Technical Support, Honda HRC Progressive

Toru Yukawa started with the Honda family as a motocross mechanic in 2001, serving stints in the All-Japan Motocross Championship and MXGP. He also worked with Honda’s production and R&D side, supporting durability testing for the CRF series. In 2013, Yukawa-san moved to HRC to support Honda’s 2014 return to MXGP racing at a factory level, and he was a part of five FIM World Championship-winning efforts with rider Tim Gajser, including one as a mechanic and four as an engineer. He has been a part of HRC’s involvement in the AMA project since 2022.
